Karen M. Muller - Attorney at Law, Bio:

Prior to starting her private practice in 2008, Ms. Muller served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Southern California based Epoch Networks, Inc. where she helped complete the restructuring and sale of Epoch’s Internet Service Provider business, the largest privately held ISP in the country. Prior to joining Epoch, Ms. Muller was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers.. Ms. Muller headed the corporate counsel department, handling all corporate legal affairs, including board and shareholder matters, public filings, corporate finance, compensation and benefits and numerous merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Ms. Muller was a senior associate at the Wall Street law firm Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where she worked on corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions, including many Drexel Burnham transactions such as the acquisition of Revlon by Pantry Pride.

Ms. Muller graduated Fordham Law School, where she was a published member of the law review. She graduated Hunter College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, while working full time in the real estate industry in Manhattan. Ms. Muller holds the title Director Emeritus with the Forum for Corporate Directors in Orange County, a title she was awarded for her past service as both a Director of the Forum and Chairman of the Programs Committee. As Programs Chairman, she instituted an ISS approved Director Training program and organized 10 programs annually on governance for the Forum.
